"Bliss"ful Wedding

This Concord, Massachusetts wedding was special for me as my second cousin and her longtime boyfriend were finally married! The wedding took place on the banks of the Concord River at the historic Old Manse house. It was a family affair with one of the bride's brothers officiating while the other played guitar during the ceremony. Her 2 sisters and new sister in law were attendants wearing lavender dresses with peridot sashes.
Attendant bouquets on the stonewall with the ceremony site in the background.

The bridal bouquet was made of white and lavender roses with green hydrangea and dianthus with a touch of fresh lavender and blue scabiosa.

Attendant carried bouquets of fragrant stock and fresh lavender along with lisianthus, hydrangea, lavender roses and dianthus.

Ashley wore her mothers wedding dress.

Beautiful setting for photos.

The first dance for Mr. and Mrs. Bliss.

I didn't think to take photos of the centerpieces but found my son had snapped this one! Thanks Dave!
Vases had different flowers in each. Some had purple calla lilies, this one was a dahlia, others had lavender roses. The setting alone was so pretty that the simple centerpieces fit beautifully.
All my love and best wishes to you both as you begin this blissful new adventure!
Congratulations.
